1. Who We Are

The website EuroPadel.ae and the club known as Euro Padel are operated by QPADEL SPORTS & RECREATIONAL CLUB L.L.C. (Trade License 1390720), Dubai, UAE (“we”, “us”, “the Club”).

2. Acceptance

• By using this website, creating an account, booking a court or service, buying a membership, or entering the club, you accept these Terms.
• If you do not agree, do not use the website or the club.

3. Club Status and Opening

• The facility is currently under fit-out.
• Information, images, and opening dates on the website may change.
• We may delay opening, change court numbers or amenities, or withdraw pre-opening offers.
• Any “founding member” or pre-sale package will have its own written terms.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate details.
• You are responsible for your login and for anyone who uses your booking.
• We may refuse, suspend, or cancel an account if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.

5. Bookings

• Court and service bookings are offers that we accept when the booking is confirmed in writing or through the booking system.
• You must arrive on time and vacate the court when your slot ends.
• Peak and off-peak prices, session lengths, and court assignments are set by the Club and may change.
• We may move a booking to another court of the same type if required for maintenance or events.

6. Cancellation, No-Show and Late Arrival

• Unless a specific package says otherwise, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the start of the booking to avoid a charge.
• Cancellations within 12 hours, and no-shows, may be charged at 100% of the booking value.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean you receive only the remaining booking time. The slot will not be extended.
• Membership freeze and refund rules will be stated on the membership form.

7. Payments

• Prices are in AED and are inclusive or exclusive of VAT as shown at checkout.
• Payment is due when you book unless we agree otherwise.
• Chargebacks made without a genuine dispute may lead to account closure.

8. Play, Conduct and Safety

• You play at your own risk.
• Padel, pickleball, and other activities involve physical contact with balls, walls, glass, and other players.
• You must wear suitable court shoes and follow staff instructions.
• No glass is permitted on court.
• No smoking is permitted except in designated outdoor areas, if any.
• Abusive behaviour, coaching poaching, and filming other guests without their consent are not permitted.
• We may refuse entry or remove anyone who is unsafe, intoxicated, or abusive.
• Fees will not be refunded in such circumstances.
• Report injuries, broken glass, or court defects to reception immediately.

9. Minors

• Players under 18 must have a parent or guardian accept these Terms.
• Children must be supervised in the café and common areas.
• The Club is not a childcare service.

10. Memberships and Packages

• Memberships are personal and non-transferable unless we state otherwise in writing.
• Lost sessions in expired packages are not automatically extended.
• We may change club rules with reasonable notice.

11. Retail, Café and Third Parties

• Café and shop sales are subject to availability.
• For allergens, please ask staff. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.
• Coaches, brands, or event partners working on site may have their own terms.

12. Website Use

• Do not misuse the website, including scraping, hacking, making false bookings, or uploading malware.
• All text, photos, logos, and videos on EuroPadel.ae belong to us or our licensors.
• You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates:

• You accept the inherent risks of sport.
• We are not liable for loss of belongings left in lockers, courts, or the café, except where the loss is caused by our wilful misconduct.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, including utility cuts, weather, authority orders, or delayed fit-out.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury where UAE law does not allow that exclusion.
• You are advised to hold your own personal, health, or sports insurance.

14. Privacy

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes

• We may update these Terms on the website.
• The “Last updated” date will change whenever the Terms are updated.
• Continued use of the website or club after a change means you accept the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
• The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any rights you have under mandatory UAE consumer law.
